Simple success solutions should be enjoyable. Always remember even Fear can be FUN with the right perspective!

Let me tell you a story.

When I was working on my second book, I was thinking about how to illustrate how the physiological reaction to fear could be enjoyable.

At the time I was leading an advanced influence ‘Svengali System’ class and had been talking about ‘Panic Attacks’ so most peoples mind’s were of course in ‘panic’ frame because, well that’s where I’d put them.

Then I had an idea out of nowhere!

Ideas that come ‘Out of Nowhere’ actually come from the billions of observations, experiences, bit of intellectual flotsam your sponge of a brain picks up over the years… and it may even be from a universal conscience or genes… there’s a lot in genes.

So I asked the class to tell me what I was describing.

  • Adrenaline rush

  • Hyperventilation

  • Sweating

  • Involuntary muscle spasm

  • Spasmodic vocalising – whimpers etc…


It was like a room full of Hermione Grangers!

And everyone told me I was describing a Panic Attack, which is fair enough considering the mind frame they’d been put into by yours truely…

I was actually describing


It’s all about perspective and the mindset or frame you  choose to look at things from.
